The Grand SPA Terms & Conditions

At Grand SPA, every detail is designed to restore balance, elevate wellbeing, and create moments of pure indulgence.

To ensure a seamless and serene journey for all our guests, we invite you to take note of the following guidelines.

Your Arrival

We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment, allowing time to unwind and transition into a state of relaxation.

Should you arrive later than planned, your treatment may be adjusted to preserve the experience of other guests.

A Thoughtfully Reserved Experience

Each appointment is carefully prepared and reserved especially for you.

For selected treatments and peak times, a prepayment may be required to secure your booking and ensure availability.

Flexibility with Care

We understand that plans may change.

Should you need to adjust your reservation, we kindly ask for at least 3 hours’ notice, allowing us to extend the opportunity to another guest.

Cancellations made within this timeframe will be accommodated with flexibility.

Appointments missed or changed at shorter notice may be subject to the full treatment charge.

Prepayment & Peace of Mind

When prepayment is requested, it is handled with the utmost care and transparency:

• Changes made within our cancellation window are eligible for a full refund
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method within standard banking timelines
• Late cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable, as the time has been exclusively reserved for you

In the rare event that we need to reschedule your experience, you will always be offered a full refund or an alternative appointment, at your convenience.

Your comfort and safety are at the heart of everything we do. We kindly invite you to share any health conditions, allergies, or preferences with our team so we may tailor your experience accordingly.

To preserve the peaceful ambiance of the spa:

• We kindly ask guests to wear appropriate attire, including swimwear in wet areas
• Quiet, respectful conduct is appreciated to maintain a serene environment for all

Young Guests

For the comfort and safety of all, children under 14 years are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Certain facilities and treatments may be reserved for adult guests.

Your Comfort, Your Preference

In line with our standards and cultural considerations, treatments are offered by therapists of the same gender, ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience.

Personal Belongings

For your peace of mind, we recommend securing valuables in your room safe.

While every care is taken, the spa cannot assume responsibility for personal items.

Spa Journeys & Vouchers

Our curated spa journeys and packages are designed as complete experiences.

They are typically non-transferable and non-refundable, and are to be enjoyed within their stated validity period.
