Grand SPA Regulations

Welcome to Grand SPA! To ensure a seamless and relaxing experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following spa guidelines:

1. Arrival Time

Guests are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time to respect subsequent bookings.

2. Cancellation Policy

A minimum of three hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellations made after this period will be charged at full treatment value.

3. Valuables

For your safety and peace of mind, we recommend leaving all valuables secured in your hotel room.

The spa cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced items.

4. Health Conditions

Please inform our spa team of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment.

This allows us to tailor the experience to your needs.

5. Dress Code

Appropriate swimwear is required during spa treatments and when using wet facilities.

6. Children Policy

Children under the age of 14 are permitted to enter the spa only when accompanied and supervised by an adult.

7. Therapist Preference

Treatments are conducted by a therapist of the same gender, in accordance with spa standards (male-to-male, female-to-female).
